What can I spend?
Gifts start at ₹500 plus delivery. Tell me your budget and I will explain what I can put together within it.
Can I order one of the gifts shown here?
Each was made around a particular brief. I can use it as a starting point; contents, availability and price are confirmed in your quote.
Where do you deliver?
Shelf-stable hampers ship across India. Fresh cake, desserts and flowers are available within Hyderabad.
How much notice do you need?
Tell me the date and destination. I will confirm preparation time and the estimated delivery window with your quote.
When do I pay?
Personal gifts are paid for after concept and personalisation approval, before procurement. Wedding payment arrangements are confirmed in the quote, with a procurement deposit and the balance before dispatch.
Will I see the gift?
You approve any personalisation proof before I buy. I also send a photo of the assembled gift before dispatch.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Message me as soon as possible. The cancellation and refund page explains how the stage of work affects the request.
When will you reply?
I reply from 10 am to 7 pm IST, with replies outside those hours on a best-effort basis.
